Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 兒童與家庭服務系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of leisure participation and subjective happiness of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city. The study analyzed the differences of leisure participation and subjective happiness among elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city from different background. In addition, it also investigated the correlation between leisure participation and subjective happiness of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city.
Questionnaire survey has been utilized as the research method. Participants of this study were 448 elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung. The researcher has conducted a survey with “Personal Data questionnaire”, “Leisure activity participation questionnaire” and “Happens quantifying questionnaire”.
Emotion Questionnaire, as well as statistical analysis tools including Descriptive Analysis , Independent sample T test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Results:
1. The leisure participation and subjective happiness of elementary school teachers were moderate.
2. The elementary school teachers in different sex gender, position, education level, and the years of service were not different in leisure participation, but they had significant positive effect in different age and school size.
3. The elementary school teachers in different gender, age, position, education level, the years of service and school size were not different in subjective happiness.
4. The relationship between the leisure participation rate and the subjective happiness of elementary school teachers was proportional.
According to the conclusions, the research will propose several suggestions to schools and elementary school teachers as well as follow-up researchers and so forth.
