Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 兒童與家庭服務系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to explore the junior high school teachers’ hope and job performance, and to identify different perceptions by analyzing various background variables, to discuss the relationship between teachers’ hope and job performance. Questionnaire survey has been utilized as the research method, and investigative research of 294 education teachers who worked in Kaohsiung City. The researcher has conducted a survey with “Personal information”, “Junior high school teachers’ hope questionnaire” and “Junior high school teachers’ job performance questionnaire”, as well as statistical analysis tools including descriptive analysis, one-way analysis of variance, t-test and structural equation modeling (SEM). The result of study: 1. Junior high school teachers’ thinking belief scores on “pathway thinking” were higher than scores on “agent thinking”. 2. Junior high school teachers’ job performance scores on “in-role behavior” were higher than scores on “extra-role behavior”. 3. Different teaching years of Junior high school teachers were significantly different in hope. 4. Junior high school teachers in different age were significantly different in job performance. 5. There was a potential relationship between Junior high school teachers’ hope and job performance. Major findings of this project were discussed and some suggestions were put forward for future research
