| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of this study is to understand the leisure activity participation, leisure satisfaction and the work stress of the secure managers. The research tool is a questionnaire named "Leisure Activity, Leisure Satisfaction and Work Stress of the secure Managers in the Secure Institutions ". The research object is the male clerks, directors of the administrators and office administrator in two southern jails of the legal secure department. The research includes 444 questionnaires, among which 400 questionnaires are effective.The effective questionnaire recovery rate is 90.1%.
This research uses statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 to to validate its assumptions.The methods of statistic analysis are descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA,Pearson correlation coefficient,Scheffe'' Post Hoc multiple comparisons. The conclusions are as following:1.Different living standard of the secure managers varies in their leisure activities; 2. Different living standard of the secure managers varies in their satisfaction of the leisure activities; 3. Different living standard of the secure managers varies in their work stress.4. leisure participation and leisure satisfaction of the secure managers have significant positive correlation. Finally this research offers a proposal and hope to provide legal secure agency and its subordinate secure institutions and future researchers with reference.
