碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === Abstract The research aims to exploring effects of the factors affecting the income of pepper planting households in ChuSe and ChuProng, Gia Lai. The effects of the factors in this research is estimated from the Cobb- Dauglas stochastic profit frontier function by application double logarithmic model. The researcher uses the data collected from a household survey on 216 farms in ChuSe and ChuProng. The effects of the factors affecting the households income (Ih) of pepper planting households are: plant area (Ap), soil productivity (Spr), average cost (Ca) and agricultural knowledge (Kag). Results showed that soil productivity and plant area were the main factors effecting to household income, while average cost and agricultural knowledge are very important, too.
