Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of the study is to identify the most important factors have positive effects on job performance of employees who have worked in Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint-Stock Corporation (VNECO). The questionnaire has been composed before being modified. Then the survey is performed by sending the questionnaire to employees of VNECO through internal email system (eoffice.vneco.com.vn). Data collection will be conducted carefully to obtain the best result as possible.
The research results are obtained from a survey in Vietnam Electricity Construction Join-Stock Corporation with 450 employees. The research method in this study is quantitative method with statistical techniques such as: testing by Cronbach Alpha coefficient, explore factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
The researcher used software SPSS to analyze the data, and the data analysis progress was performed with 28 items of 6 main factors including “Work itself, Pay, Opportunities for promotion, Supervisors, Co-workers and Job security”.
The research results show that there are five factors in JDI model and one factor which is suggested by the researcher (in order to be suitable for my job) have positive effects on job performance of VNECO’s employees including: (1) Work itself, (2) Pay, (3) Opportunities for promotion, (4) Supervisors, (5) Co-workers, (6) Job security. In demographic variables, the variables such as age, gender, marital status, current position, continuous working time, working time for current position, average income, level of education have effects on the job performance of VNECO’s employees. This study also suggests some solutions and recommendations for Board of directors of VNECO to improve as well as enhance job performance of employees. And in the last, the study points out limitations and directions for further researches in the same research fields.
