Multimedia computer-aided instruction is a kind of multimedia instruction that combines text, picture, video, animation, and voice with computers. By this way, multimedia computer-aided instruction can not only promote students’ motivation that help them comprehend the abstract things or principles, but also decrease or correct the concepts of enigmas. Thus, it could promote the achievement of learning. At present, there are few studies that discuss the correlation among school support system, homeroom teacher’s classroom management, and parental involvement in English teaching. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence learning effectiveness by the aid of English instructional multimedia -Lang Lang English textbook. For this purpose, this study investigated the influences of students’ English learning attitudes and efficiency by applying English instructional multimedia under the support from schools, homeroom teachers and parents. This study employed a questionnaire survey to collect the data for empirical study. The sample is based on the teachers who apply English instructional multimedia materials in Kaohsiung public elementary schools. There were a total of 352 questionnaires delivered and 240 pieces of valid questionnaires retrieved. The analysis results are concluded as follows by regression model: 1.School support system has the significant positive effect on English learning attitude. 2.Homeroom teacher’s classroom management has no positive effect on English learning attitude. 3.Parental involvement has the significant positive effect on English learning attitude. 4.English learning attitude has the significant positive effect on English learning efficiency. Hence, school administrators should think about how to promote school support system and parental involvement in order to strengthen the attitude of learners’ belief perceptions and the inclination of learners’ usage, and then increase the times of using software.
