碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 103 === The thesis, with a title: a study on the user satisfaction with e-portal service at Hanoi Tourism College, studies possible factors influencing the user satisfaction with e-portal service of Hanoi Tourism College in Vietnam, and furthermore presents a theoretical research model that is able to be applied to some other organizations for studying the user satisfaction with their e-portal service. Based on the results of experimental studies in Hanoi Tourism College, this tests the proposed theoretical model and then provides a user satisfaction measurement scale for schools in Vietnam. In reality, the research results provide useful information for the policy making in encouraging and promoting the wide use of resources through the e-portal, at the same time help e-portal service providers develop and formulate strategies of successful and effective marketing under the course of customer orientation. In the proposed model, the following factors: information quality, system quality, design quality, and service quality are considered as possible factors influencing the user satisfaction with e-portal service.
