Thus, the effective samples are 260 in total, which are analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the research are concluded below: 1. The willingness of Element School Teachers in Hsinchu County about using cloud computing services Platform to Participate in Training is positive. 2.
