In particular, stability for power supply for Tunnel Lighting and Fan normal operation is significant object in this area. This thesis proposes a real empirical experience research based on the expert system technology to explore the reliability of the Long Tunnel power transmission and Distribution. This thesis also focuses on the famous Snow Long Tunnel in Taiwan as a simulation example. Based on the Expert System technology, there are some special features in this investigation: 1) The Verification of High Voltage Facility in Long Snow Tunnel, 2) the Detection of Thermal Image in Long Snow Tunnel, 3) the Detection of Content of SF6 Gas in Long Snow Tunnel and 4) the Analysis of Insulation Oil Detection of in Long Snow Tunnel. That Expert System based empirical four key verifications inside the device of Power Transmission and Distribution assures the normal operation in Snow Long Tunnel. This thesis also adopt the optimal treatment of the unexpected event occurred in the Snow Long Tunnel. Numerous empirical experience tests have been made based on the real empirical cases to demonstrate the issue of this thesis.
