In general, the sleep-apnea accompanies with high blood pressure and high blood pressure. Long-term serious complications can occur the added damage to the brain, eyes, heart and kidney other organs. This paper proposes to improve the breathing disorder-sleep apnea automatic adjustment mechanism, which employs micro-control and sensor principle, and be supplied by feedback control theory. It can be made to adjust the tightness of snoring belt mechanism. First, the used temperature, humidity and dioxide carbon sensors detect patients’ respiratory status. And then the detection status is feedback to the micro-control to adjust and control torque motor snoring belt tightness. This automatic adjustment mechanism having a breathing improvement, comparing to traditional methods, which had snoring but not automatically adjust the tightness of the situation caused by nasal congestion cause the patients unable to breathe.
