For caring the elders of Taiwan, we have to face the problems, such as successful aging and quality of life of them. 427 middle-aged/elderly subjects who involved in Tai-Chi softball exercise regularly joined the study to explore their lives conditions, the relationships among the social support, enduring involvement, quality of life and successful aging, and to discover the predictability of successful aging that is affected by the others variables. Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as following: 1) The perception of subjects’ social support, involvement endurance, quality of life and successful aging was well. 2) It was significant difference in social support which varies from gender, offspring, education, living pattern, economic situation, and self-awareness of healthy status. For the enduring involvement, it had significant difference in marriage, education, economic situation, and self-awareness of healthy status. There were significant difference within vocation, offspring, education, living pattern, and self-awareness of healthy status regarding the quality of life. In term of the successful aging, the significant difference was within gender, age, offspring, education, vocation, living pattern, economic situation, and self-awareness of healthy status. 3) It was medium positive correlated among the social support, enduring involvement, quality of life and successful aging of the subjects. 4) 65% predictability of successful aging that came from the social support, enduring involvement, and quality of life, especially, the interpersonal relationship which was the key predictability element about successful aging. According to the study, we could realize that the middle-aged/elderly Tai-Chi softball participants who had more social support, more enduring involvement, and better quality of life would have higher perception on successful aging. 黃振紅 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 202 zh-TW |
