As global service become aging society, it can improve knowledge industry of national healthy. Due to government and society make great effect for Biotech medicine industry in many years, revenues of Biotech medicine industry already achieve 2769 billion dollars. Therefore, there are eighty three listed biotech medicine companies, it means Biotech medicine industry already become another new competition industry. The data of this research is base on 21 biotech medicine companies in Taiwan from 2011 to 2012, and according to characteristic of service and pertinent literature, we choose four index which are including quantity of staff, fixed asset, cost of search develop, and revenue of income to understand business efficiency situation of Biotech medicine. Then we can find the index which is suitable for Biotech medicine and variety level for each company. According to final analysis result, it can offer enterprise manager to understand the result of using resource. We can understand inefficiency reason for each Biotech medicine is caused by technique inefficiency of internally and inefficiency scope in this research. Enterprise should adjust ratio of input engage level. There was half of companies decrease technique efficiency in three years. That is why we need to adjust resource and improve scope.
