As for the interface technology, it concludes: image automatic, visual insoection, coordinate memory, and element measurement. The image automatic control system can capture and contrast images. The visual inspection adapts digital image process; it is convenient for image measurement and defect recognition , Element measurement includes point, line, face, arc, angle, profile etc…
