The mechanical structure adapts ultra-prevision granite, precision ball screw, air bearing optical scale and AC servo-motor. The close-loop system is used to complete the 3-D CNC precision fix-position device. The optical system includes lens, CCD camera, image capture card and forward-ring light. As for the interface technology, it concludes: image automatic, visual insoection, coordinate memory, and element measurement. The image automatic control system can capture and contrast images. The visual inspection adapts digital image process; it is convenient for image measurement and defect recognition , Element measurement includes point, line, face, arc, angle, profile etc…   This article explores the outside in addition to theoretical and practical feasibility of verification system
