And Chosen “quantitative easing” (QE) report from a famous TV program “Sisy’s FINANCE WEEKLY” as a case study. By using narrative criticism, which TV News is a narrative, to identify the case’s major object and to determine its features, its main feature and strategy can be determined. Use the above of the results to determine which the major object is appropriate or not, and also the narrative probability and fidelity from narrative paradigm. Then, study combines these results with TV news structure and Journalistic values and ethics to make discussions. Conclusions of this study are as following: First, this program’s strategies are more audiences-oriented. Second, this study shows two different types of rhetorical perspective, which are “persuasive” and “identity”. Third, the news report of this program contains highly credibility and reliability, also shows the personal style of it, but it’s far away from audiences’ live experiences.
