Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 103 === The main purpose of this study is understand the environmental image of Biyashan youth cafes, customer satisfaction and consumers loyalty. Research is using in convenience sampling, questionnaires were distributed and 500 copies of questionnaires to 462 formal recovery rate was 92%. Data analysis is using in descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffé post hoc method, reliability analysis, pearson’s correlation, stepwise regression. The results show that: (1) age, occupation, marital status, there are significant differences in the environmental image. (2) Environmental Imagery can predicate customer satisfaction in the regression analysis. (3) Environmental Imagery can predicate customer loyalty in the regression analysis. (4) customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have significant positive correlation .
