| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 廣播電視電影學研究所(含碩專班) === 103 === Luckily I entered the Taiwanese entertainment industry in my school days and continued for over ten years. Now an occasional opportunity comes to me to participate in producing a new life and touring program named 【生活走透透】. Despite the program budget was far lower than that in my expectation, the decisive power from the start till the end possessed me to involve in the production. Therefore, the experience of producing a low budget program will be presented in this research. It explained how the researcher made the programming decisions by comparing the past with today’s touring programs, and it was expected to serve as useful reference and feasible options for the future employees who have problems of limited production budget.
In addition to my own experience, I interviewed the senior practitioners to learn about the differences of past and present program production and hosting, as well as the difficulties and challenges of itinerant environment. From a producer's point of view, the components and details of entire program including the preparation, execution and post-production process were demonstrated to enable the professionals clearly understand that the program quality was highly related to the production budget. It was suggested that the producers should assess their experience and ability to participate in low budget production and consider how to allocate the limited budget for preventing waste of resources. The research is based on the observation and experience of the producer, the further investigation from different aspects and positions may provide new viewpoints profitable to produce a better life and touring program.
