Knowledge sharing is not a mechanism esoteric incomprehensible, broadly speaking, contain the flow of knowledge sharing and transfer all the data, information, experience and expertise, the purpose is to preserve the heritage of knowledge and expectations arising from new knowledge.
Domestic enterprises for knowledge sharing consciousness is beginning to rise, regardless of whether the official import knowledge sharing mechanism, in fact, more or less already adopted relevant measures, such as a common file servers or e-mail to transfer files; enterprises new staff training; corporate member of routine training course; even the manufacturers have developed a knowledge-sharing platform, are part of the knowledge sharing mechanism.
In this paper, the use of a questionnaire for employees to gather knowledge sharing mechanisms within the enterprise using the case of the effectiveness of the organizational culture with the subject's affiliated enterprises, benefit a variety of knowledge sharing mechanisms cross analysis at different organizational cultures, and in addition to in-house analysis performance appraisal with knowledge sharing, user acceptance and influence the effectiveness of knowledge sharing situation.
The results showed that communities of practice more suitable consensus cultural orientation of the enterprise, social networking sites more suitable for the development of cultural enterprises or understanding cultural tendencies, and several other knowledge sharing mechanisms affected less significant organizational culture; education and training, seminars privately consult with the e-mail is the culture of the organizations tend to use and the results are good knowledge sharing mechanisms. Most subjects were included in respect to the effectiveness of knowledge sharing performance assessment, knowledge sharing account performance appraisal score 30% majority of the members are more acceptable range, but if it hopes to achieve knowledge sharing mechanisms more positive performance can be affect the percentage increased to 50%; another in considering the case of performance appraisal form, the majority of members would prefer is to use education and training system, the frequency is once a week or once a month.
