The enterprises in the successful import ERP, will face the ERP system vendor to release continuously pushed into a new, allow enterprises to decide whether to upgrade. So what factors affect whether or not to carry out the relative importance of the ERP upgrade versions, and these key factors, led to the motivation of this study. The main research for foreign ERP vendors Microsoft Dynamics family of products Dynamics NAV, with literature review, research expert discussion, analysis level procedural law. It would be to study, understand and provide expert advice to the enterprise what is a key factor in ERP version upgrade, analyze the relative importance among factors as ERP version upgrade an important reference for future business. Among the factors affecting version upgrade ten factors, opinions comprehensive six experts, the top three are sequentially enterprise resources, support and upgrade costs executives, experts shared the view that these three are level or not affect .The most important factor. If things had gone a different group of experts to analyze, there are different opinions. . Which supported the enterprise resource and executives, have appeared in the top three important factors in three groups of experts, the three groups of experts are more consistent view, be regarded as the most important factors affecting ERP.
