How to use the data Big Data analysis to create opportunity is becoming significant issue, including public department. When talking about Data Analysis or Open Data, the most important thing is to understand what data we own. In order to understand what data the organization has, it must to be Data Inventory. Unfortunately, Data Inventory must to spend a lot of time. For the organization is very hard to carry out it and therefore we recommend to base on inventory information systems and then analysis exist data set and field from the system, final, explore the data bonus applications from this field. We try to spend shorter time to explore the data bonus applications without direct contact original data.
