Refrigeration and air conditioning engineering industry is basically a set of manpower, engineering, technical mixing industry, with domestic economic development, the new factory new, energy-efficiency requirements increasing, the need for adequate and stable in both manpower was sufficient to support this industry, and reduce the turnover rate is an important factor in the steady development of this industry. According to Phillips (1990) study concluded that the cost of turnover generated by about 1.2 to 2 times the annual salary of former employees, so for former employees, the price companies must pay, may be larger than the corporate imagination, in order to avoid the above situation occur, reduce employee turnover fact companies should do things, but in lower turnover before, we must first understand the reasons and motivation of employee turnover to remedy.
