However, in the case of the base station is not yet perfect, 4G will replace 3G, smart phone replacement tide driven by everyone's attention. This study by the consumer point of view, the use of Technology Acceptance Model of consumers 4G intended use, then to understand subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service quality and perceived value and other dimensions affect the user's intention to use 4G to facilitate understanding of the direction of 4G users to convert to break it. Through the study found, The carriers must provide the user the difference 4G and 3G, and by creative advertising and publicity, so users impressed Following word of mouth, increased visibility; and passing a subjective standard implants to enhance the user for the usefulness of cognitive 4G. The current 4G network coverage is not perfect, but the customer's instructions, informed and active preferential treatment problems will make 4G mobile Internet users believe that it is useful, there is the conversion value.
