Mobile applications (Application, APP) is extensively used, people can use mobile applications to produce personalized content to share and exchange knowledge or life experience through the Internet platform. This study is to explore the use of the will, which aims are: 1. To investigate performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and innovation willingness to use APP produced create interactive e-books. 2. To investigate the facilitating condition for the use of APP produced create interactive e-books behavior. 3. To investigate the influence willingness to actual usage behavior arising. By way of questionnaires to analyze the results. After analysis showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and innovation, have a positive impact on the use of the will; facilitating condition and the use of the will have a positive impact on the use of behavior. Represents the increase in the case of job performance, relatives and friends recommended, convenience, innovation and other functions, the more likely the increased use of will.
