If the higher order manager is unable to obtain the important decision information fast, will cause the policy-making response demand to be slow, creates the enterprise competitive power to fall lowly. But the EIS (Executive Information System, EIS) happened to conforms to the bus industry demand of higher order manager. How discovers inducts the criterion which the EIS must weigh, also is an important subject. 　　This study investigated the CSFs of Introducing of EIS, the first collection phase and collates the relevant literature, establish research-level architectures. Then use the expert focus groups screening to identify important criteria attribute factors, the use of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) study and further analysis of factors weights of hierarchy to summarize the bus industry in the CSFs for Introducing EIS major priority. 　　The results of this study, showing the bus industry into the CSFs of Introducing EIS is divided into four framework and twenty-three CSFs, the priority order the Software vendors Factors, technical factors, industry factors, System characteristics factors. Also in of Introducing EIS the first six CSFs in of the sequence the system flexibility, software provider xperience, correctness of the system, management system diffusion, for those who want to introducing EIS to the bus industry environment understand, higher order manager support and participation. This study aims to assist the bus industry to Introducing for EIS, to promote the bus industry services and people seamless integration, also contributed to the cooperation between the bus industry and the government more perfect, to further strengthen the overall development objectives of the Intelligent Transportation Systems, enhance national competitiveness.
