This research take at information service field more than 30 year experience well-known D Corporation as the case object of study, the penetration actual case interview carries on the information collection, collects entire, from Michael E. The Porter five strength analysis theory and Albert S the HumphreySWOT analysis theory, the discussion case D Corporation's future sale competition strategy, the construction will divide into three parts: Five strength analyses, SWOT analysis and competition strategy.By way of with the case company's depth interview understood D Corporation has the resources and ability, then the confirmation competitive advantage, unifies the advantageous exterior opportunity, discovers the best competition strategy solution, supplies D Corporation and the field reference. Discovered according to the findings that, D Corporation should act according to own strategic status, core ability and the superiority, again the layout in the advantageous strategic location, by faces the challenge which the so steep competition the environment and the company will future develop move towards. Object of study D Corporation should limit the appropriate competition domain, the unceasing enhancement its service specialized value and competitive ability, and by “stride in the new strategy which the new domain, the strengthening technical service guidance, the reconstruction customer impression” three face, does for highlights has the variation competitive advantage with other competitor.Penetration in fact strategy draws up with the execution, assists the object of study D Corporation's elder practice experience, the conformity existing resources faces the challenge, its future development potential will still be has bright prospects.
