We have to keep biological species diversity and maintain the ecological balance, and make the next generation understand sustainable using in nature by environmental education. In the study, we use implementation method to build eco-box with intelligent technology for biological rearing in stringent environmental conditions. We investigate relative relationship between technology development and ecological balance by improving environmental control accuracy in the eco-box. It can increases the success rate of survival for life and widely applicants in most range. We can monitor various environmental parameters in the eco-box to analyze the cultivation of living creature with devices like automation, wireless sensor measurement, webcam, transparent display, wireless remote, and hygrometer, and record data in the computer. By operating the eco-box, we can reduce the costs of human control and care. We can share the live broadcast of the eco-box through sharing on the internet, and it can be easier for extensional research and discussing. In development process, we use Rhinoceros Beetle and Formosan Giant Stag Beetle as experimental subjects. The study using information technology can be combined with ecological teaching and feeding management.
