After President Ying-jeou Ma was inaugurated, he officially launched "voluntarism system" as one of the most important defense transformation policies. This major change will reform the current enlist-based soldiers/volunteer-based officers system, a "conscription and voluntarism", to an all "voluntarism". The key to the success of this policy is to examine if recruitment is sufficient enough to meet the military needs. It can also serve as a decisive factor to evaluate if the implementation of all volunteer policy successfully meets the policy objectives. Research on military recruiting in the past, Just received a personal message for job seekers, factors of psychological reaction is less involved. Scholars have also put forward the concept of corporate brand image, Emphasize business image will affect the level of job seeker longing for organization and recruiting effectiveness. Therefore, this study attempts to incorporate personal involvement, and Enterprise concepts such as brand image, discuss recruiting strategy effects on organizational attractiveness and Word of mouth. This study combined with the army's annual camp will hold a presentation cum opening recruitment, focus on 18-32 years of age, level of education high school above potential candidate questionnaire. Applicant's involvement will affect recruiting seminar on attractiveness and Word of mouth spread effect on the willingness, but Nations branded image rich social responsibility in our fair share is a major factor affecting recruiting seminar on attraction effect.
