| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 103 === This thesis explores the factors affecting the probability of being sold at different rounds for properties in New Taipei city. Results of multinomial logit regression indicate that properties which have smaller ratios of initial reserve price, face higher house indexes, were more likely sold in earlier rounds. Finally , properties located in Zhonghe and Yonghe district were more likely sold in earlier rounds than properties in Xinzhuang district.
