Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 103 === This study adopted archives management personnel from governmental organizations as the research subject, and used the questionnaire survey to investigate the influence of those personnel’s perception of performance evaluation system and justice on their work morale; at the same time, to analyze the differences in the variable of testees’ personal background for these three aforesaid variables: the perception of performance evaluation system, justice and morale. It has sent out 140 questionnaires, and collected 101 copies, and according to the result analysis of effective samples, it obtained the following conclusions: 1. No significant difference in the perception of performance evaluation system for archivists with different backgrounds. 2. A significant difference in the「Level of System Understanding」aspect of the performance evaluation system perception for those archivists with different seniorities, time of receiving professional archives management training, and whether they have participated in Golden Archives Award /Golden Quality Award or not. 3. No significant difference in the justice perception for archivists with different backgrounds. 4. No significant difference in the work morale for archivists with different backgrounds. 5. Research results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that the archivists perception of performance evaluation system has no significant influence on their work morale. 6. Research results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the archivists’ perception of justice has a significant influence on their work morale, especially for the influence of interactional justice on work morale. Accordingly, this study suggests that every organization should provide adequate channels of communication and opportunities of participation for archivists to fully express their opinions, as well as enhance related promotions and encourage those archives management personnel who have never participated in Golden Archives Award /Golden Quality Award competition.
