It deserves to explore how the style and the design of uniform affect the psychology and behaviors of their employees. Although there was abundance of literature addressing the relation of employee uniforms to job performance or customer impression in past, little research has discussed the effects of organizational uniform cognition on employee’s attitude and behaviors.
