碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 103 === In the highly competitive field of international military and international security threat trend is clearly rising, CPC deeply realize that the Integrated Joint Operations military transformation brought about change. Therefore, the development of integrated joint operations and actual combat needs, has become an important basis to show the army combat capabilities and enhance combat efficiency of. Especially on the political work of the PLA, in under Xi Jinping "strong army Dream" requirements, the implementation of the restructuring and development, in order to adapt to the modern form of war, combat and actual combat, it is key to its future combat effectiveness of the armed forces optimization. Course of the study, based on the issues raised by, by observation, induction and analysis to achieve the following research purposes: namely, through integrated joint operations to explore the origin of the PLA, to understand the theory to real political work and development; analysis of PLA integration context future joint operations and political work, the impact and challenges and adjustment strategies; clarify the PLA political Work under the Integrated Joint Operations of actual policies and practices; assess the effectiveness of the Communist army political work of actual combat. In this study, the Department uses rational choice system leader-oriented research pathway, the political work of the PLA research topics, from the point of view of institutional change leaders decided, examine the evolution of its origin, position, characteristics, strategy and development, such as context. The main research methods adopted literature analysis and historical research. The research shows that: PLA Political Work to play the role of service and assurance, to achieve integrated joint operations under the political work and adjustment of military combat training objectives, its strategies and specific adaptation as has been presented to the information support, full-dimensional field , the overall interaction and combat the development trend, in order to ensure the effective discharge of military historical mission in the new stage in the new century. According to research results, this study set three research propositions are true: first, there is a direct relationship between the strategic objectives of the PLA troops during the transition and promotion; second, the PLA to the evolution of integrated joint operations, press and political work must be adapted and changes; and third, the PLA political Work of the actual policy, practice and performance aspects, the information disclosed was observed, the results are phenomenal.
