The CCP’s General Secretary Xi Jinping promoted "Silk Road economic belt" strategy, expected to enhance the overall domestic economic growth. However, due to the complex ethnic and religious conflicts, as well as outside powers competition and other issues, Central Asia would become an obstacle to China’s strategy. Based on the above pattern, this study attempts to achieve the purpose of the following: First, understand the Chinese military action to maintain the stability of Central Asia; second, insight into China to ensure that its national interests in Central Asia to be carried out of the military strategic layout; third to clarify the relationship between China and both competing powers in Central Asia. In this study, "structural realism" as the basis, to observe the relationship between competing powers in Central Asia. By the analysis of China's military strategy, focusing on the "Silk Road economic belt" strategy, seized evidence "national priority is the pursuit of survival and security" point of view. The research shows that: China's military layout, highlighting its attempt to Central Asia. In order to achieve "Silk Road economic belt" strategy, China is strengthen domestic anti-terrorism military mission and capabilities of the armed forces. According to research results, the propositions of study are true: First, China's strategy will be limited by the external factors interfere; second, China's Military layout, is to maintain the security in the region for the purpose; and third, the reach of economic development is military development target range.
