IC design company is through electronic design automation tool (EDA tool), performs construction of circuit design and simulation and validation. Task and technology fit will affect the individual performance of the engineer. This model is based on task technology fit and combines with work performance theory. Furthermore, the research method uses the correlation analysis and regression analysis with in-depth interviews and questionnaires with IC design researchers. Analytical results indicate that the technology influence the task technology fit. The task technology fit influence the work performance. According to the results of this study, offers Taiwan IC design company standards for measuring the performance of its engineers a pointer and Taiwan IC design company practical performance assessment and suggestions.
