Song cycle “Songs and Proverbs of William Blake, Op.74”, this work creation for famous Baritone Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau in 1965, the whole group a total of 14 articles linked songs, lyrics selected from three different poems of William Blake, by Peter. Pearce (Peter Pears, 1910-1986) with the selection of the content of the poetry association works, series into groups. Full contents of the prophecy and cautionary poem, song series mode "Proverbs of Hell" as the motto behind the undertaking of a "Songs of Experience", alternating with each other, the first maxim seven songs total of 14 seven. This paper collected Breton and William Blake's biography and creative style background information, then poetry and music creative background and analysis for Breton's "William Blake's Songs and motto" make.
