碩士 === 實踐大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 103 === Along with the change of times, the juvenile problem is getting serious day by day;therefore, in recent years, the juvenile behavior issue has also been valued gradually. In addition,the teenager's deviation manner is mainly caused from incompetence of family function, parental inappropriate discipline, and learning difficulties in school, which will make the teenagers escape from families and discontinue schooling. According to this, high-risk adolescents services programs has become one of the service methods to help the high-risk adolescents by youth welfare organization. This study aimed at evaluating the process and effectiveness of services for high-risk adolescents. Study subjects were drawn from social workers and clients of an institution. Data were gathered through qualitative research approaches, including in-depth interview. Case records and agency documents were also used as supplementary data for case study. The study explored the outcome of services, and the factors that affected the process and outcomes. To base on the purposes of this study,a total of four social workers,four clients,and five client’s family members or friends of high-risk adolescents services programs were invited for an in-depth interview. The results of this study are as follows: Service is effective end to see everyone's views on the effectiveness of the definition, but if social workers services can be extended from the clients to the whole family, that can make the high-risk adolescents service tend to be more complete and effective.The effectiveness of service resulted from three groups of factors: (1) the factors related to clients, including whether the clients are willing to accept the service, whether adolescents themselves have perceived ability,age, gender, family status, level of education ; (2) the factors related to social workers, including service frequencies; (3) the factors related to institution service delivery, including how to output targets,whether the institution effective use of the supervisor system. In the final chapter, the researcher made some recommendations to the institution and social workers of high-risk adolescents service programs,and pointed out the limitations of the study.
