The study used purposive sampling four five-star hotels, is divided into A, B groups, city and resort hotel type, study results showed that: city hotel (group A) housekeepers ratio of the occurrence of musculoskeletal discomfort is 93.4% ; resort hotel (group B) housekeepers musculoskeletal discomfort occurs proportion is 90.7% ; housekeepers musculoskeletal discomfort occurrence site in the right shoulder and lower back / lumbar most common symptoms; city hotel (group A) housekeepers musculoskeletal discomfort occurrence site in the right shoulder and left shoulder discomfort most common ; resort hotel (group B) housekeepers musculoskeletal discomfort occurrence site in the lower back / lumbar and right shoulder most common symptoms. The result showed difference between city hotel (group A) and resort hotel (group B). This study makes the following recommendations: First, the housekeeping work should use group-work ; appropriate rest and reasonable day-off arrangements will help tired recovery; the implementation of standard operation procedures; strengthen job training, lower occupational injuries; provide protective gear (knee pads) for housekeepers; advocacy employee health and labor safety and health management concepts; provide the welfare and security for the staff who suffered from occupational injuries.
