How to perfect the stress management is the main motivation of the study besides becoming the source of the firemen's job stress. The objects of this study are the first line firemen, who are divided into Branch Head, Squad leaders and Officers according to their positions of every description. The study is sampling to an open-ended questionnaire for the firemen. It is divided into the sources of the job stress, the stress response, the stress management and demographic variables in four dimensions. A total of twelve samples are recycled. According to the above purpose and methods, the main findings of this study are as follows: First, the job stress source for the firemen is the chief, duty and public affairs. Second, the firemen will vary depending on personal background that their sources of the job stress are different. Third, the main stress management by the firemen are following as: (1) Sports and leisure. (2) Chat. (3) Drink.
