Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 化粧品科學系 === 103 === Advance of the times, the use of cosmetics and skin care products were no longer by women. More men have started to use it. However, in order to stimulate the consumption will be necessary to add flavors. And these ingredients we can call it fragrance allergens. Fragrances are ubiquitous pollutants in the environment, present in the most of household products, air fresheners, insecticides and cosmetics. Therefore, this experiment used the needle trap device combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect the fragrance allergens in cosmetics. Experiments parameters were sampling volume, sorbent particle size, desorption temperature and desorption time. Optimization of experimental parameters will be completed orthogonal array design (OAD). The optimization parameter of the study were: sampling volume 100 mL, sorbent particle 60-80 mesh, desorption temperature 250℃, desorption time 10 sec. The amount in the sample geraniol, cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl alcohol, eugenol contents were 65.71, 66.87, 74.43 and 64.41 μg/g.
