Religion always plays not only the role of soothing the people' hearts, but also affect the daily life of Taiwan people. In recently, because of the prevalence of non-profit organizations, thus, religious non-profit organizations play not only a pivotal social influence, but also emerge some operational management issues. Therefore, it is a valuable issue to explore the operational management of religious non-profit organizations. The purpose of this study was to explore the issues of operational management on religious non-profit organizations. Case study approach and CORPS model were used to analyze the data, and Ching-Shoei Tzuu-Shuey temple in Tamsui was selected to be the research scope. Firstly, literature reviewing was used to collect related data, and then in-depth interviews method was used to discuss and analyze the related issues of operational management. On the basis of the research results, some management suggestions will be offered for the government and management of Ching-Shoei Tzuu-Shuey temple.
