There are few articles to the voters, the media, political parties and three-way merge do research. Media as transmitters of information, the voters get political policy through the media and use the ballot to elect the party in their mind. When the media is not neutral, information delivery is distorted. Can the received information public still make a rational choice? In this paper via game theory analysis one another of the interaction of parties, media and voters. Assuming only the case of a neutral media and the duopoly media preferences for their favorite political party do reports. Research in when voter preferences change, the changing relations between increasing costs to media reports and publicizing political parties’ policy. The study found that when people change preferences, the media will change with the news sections of the configuration, the price will be relatively adjust.
