And use the Design of Experiments to design experiment combination, According to three kind of experimental factors, including temperature, pressure and the flow rate of CO2.All of experimental factors have three level to do Three-Level Three-Factor Experiments. Total of experimens in this study are twenty-seven experimental data. The experimental data were taken at 318.15 K, 323.15 K, and 328.15 K of temperature, 200 bar, 250 bar, and 300 bar of pressure, and 4L/hr, 6 L/hr and 8 L/hr of flow rate. And use the equation of weight percentage to calculating the yield of agarwood oil. Finally, use the experimental data to do analysis of variance (ANOVA) and second-order model analyze, it can explicitly expressed what kind of experiment design for extracting agarwood oil yield is better.
