Industry firms adopted different strategies to survive in the progressing domestic and international environment. The textile industry is building up vertical integration from synthetic fiber, spinning, weaving, knitting, dying, printing, and finishing to fit apparel needs due to the information technology progress. Digital print textile is the new trend of garment industry. It has been used successfully to do printing on textiles directly. Compared to traditional printing complex procedures, digital printing is less cost and effectiveness of short runs, which allows customized and personalized goods will be produced at an more acceptable price. Digital printing can also save water and energy consumption. This study is about the heat transfer print method which is under different heating temperature (180、200、220 and 230℃) and is also under different heating time (25、35 and 45 seconds) can be detected by machine to evaluate the most proper color matching way in order to speed up color matching procedure and more time-saving. Meanwhile, color fastness can also be examined. The results of the study found that the three groups by the hot temperature of 200℃ cloth with pressing time 35 seconds and 45 seconds will show the lower color difference value of digital print.
