Either manufacturer or customer skips the trading company to go directly. This study, mainly investigate the trading companies critical success factors, setting the business strategy, making the best layout with limited resources to enable the enterprises to sustainable development. The case study of a trading company in sanitary ware firstly is to research the industry environment, literature review, using the balanced scorecard analysis, the internal and external environment analysis, then creating the interview outline from the viewpoint of market, marketing, operation, organization, risk, then drawing three conclusions for the critical business strategy. 1. Provide integrated services, access to formulate a strategy. 2. With vertical integration of upstream and downstream capabilities, develop strategic alliances to create the synergy value chain. 3. Construct e-Enterprise foundation, emphasize on risk management.
