碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 103 === The Rural Rejuvenation Act, adopted in 2010, tries to combine the professional teams to cultivate trained locals and implement agreements with them. This goal benefits rural communities to enhance the living quality, the ecological conservation, the cultural transmission, and rural rejuvenation. This study investigates the difference between satisfaction and acknowledgement for leaders with different backgrounds in the same community by collecting questionnaires, which are examined by qualified reference, professional reliability and validity. The further research discusses the influence between the satisfaction and identification through statistics analysis system, including descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple regression analysis. The results mostly support the study purpose that the community leaders with different backgrounds have significant difference between satisfaction and identification toward rural rejuvenation. The Multiple regression analysis indicates that the satisfaction explains the identification in 45.9% variance, as well as the positive relationship between “living”, ”industry ”, and “identification” in rural rejuvenation. It is suggested that the government should positively build disciplinary research projects to connect local societies, cooperate in revitalization, and seize the vital points to promote the rural rejuvenation.
