In this investigation, the factors of authority agency, the supervision company, the construction company, size of the project, and the determined ratio are used as variables to construct the binary Logistic model to predict the construction quality of public works in Miaoli county from 2005 to 2013. The results reveal that in the fields of road, bridge, building, hydraulic engineering and landscape construction projects, the constructed Logistic model could be employed as an early warning model to predict the construction quality of public works in 2012 & 2013.
