In this study, Sr2 + substitution Ba4LiNb3O12 it made Sr4LiNb3O12 to investigate the microstructure and microwave dielectric properties.From the experimental results, Sr4LiNb3O12 have the excellent microwave dielectric properties (εr ~ 38, Q×f ~ 8,500GHz, τf ~ -17) at a sintering temperature of 1390℃ for 4 hours; on the other hand, Because of the same charge and effective ionic radius (0.64 Å) of Nb5+ andTa5+ ions, so the substitution portion formed Sr4Li(Nb1-xTax)3O12(x = 0.1、0.3、0.5) solid solution , And to explore its microstructure and microwave dielectric properties. From the experimental results that x = 0.1 at a sintering temperature 1410℃ for 2 hours, Sr4LiNb2.7Ta0.3O12 have the excellent microwave dielectric properties (εr ~ 32, Q×f ~ 10,000GHz, τf ~ 0). Finally, the best result of the above prepared substrate for monopole antenna design experiments and to explore its properties.
