Summary: | 碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 103 === School bullying has raised concern globally, and the causes of bullying vary from countries to countries. With the advance of economy and technology, and the change of social structures and cultures, the ways of school bullying in Taiwan has also changed, and it is an inevitable problem. However, under these circumstances, some scholars think that school kids can learn from school bullying treatment. Their experiences of bullying and being bullied and being guided afterwards can actually help them deal with interpersonal relationships and enhance their ability and knowledge of deal these issues. This thesis introduces a research that can support school bullying treatment through knowledge management. This research indicates that the knowledge management of school bullying treatment needs a knowledge management process and use a knowledge map to reveal the accesses to school bullying treatment.
This research adopts an approach that focuses on quality and then quantity. We do a series of knowledge management through 20 references, including sorting the similarities of the steps of knowledge management process. Then we provide a set of normal knowledge management process. The knowledge map of school bullying treatment is done by referring to knowledge management process; this includes 3 phases and 10 steps. The first phase: Defining the domain, which defines stakeholders, key words and miaochung area. The second phase: Knowledge generation, which uses 4 different approaches to collect data, including the brainstorm of 11 experts, database, secondary data and the interviews with 11 experts. The third phase: Knowledge implementation, which uses text mining, CKIP provided by Academia Sinica and Aprior to comprise a school bullying treatment knowledge map of junior high school in miaochung area.
This research considers the school bullying treatment knowledge map of junior high school in miaochung area less than ideal on presenting of knowledge. Follow-up to explore the school bullying treatment knowledge map of junior high school in miaochung area in depth, which contained the manners of this research data collected, the review of research methods as well as the differences from expected at the case of school bullying knowledge map. Finally, this research offers some improvements and recommendations to research scholars who studied on the knowledge management of school bullying treatment in the future. It include the school bullying treatment system implementations, assessing school bullying treatment system and finding out commercial value of school bullying treatment.
This research is different from the traditional school bullying research treatment, so it use the concept of knowledge management to import to the school bullying treatment. This research explore approaches of the traditional school bullying treatment by the school bullying treatment knowledge map of junior high school in miaochung area and provides a different status of school bullying treatment value. This research constructs the school bullying treatment knowledge map and it can offer research scholars who studied on the knowledge management of school bullying treatment in the future as references to facilitate the development of knowledge management of school bullying treatment.
