Swan Castle is not only for care health, but also is a dream place where children want to fulfill the dream of being prince or princess, and so, the Swan Castle comes into existence. On 29 June 1995, they, who are 30 parents whose children have the mental retardation problem, raised $NT500, 000 for Children Are Us of Cultural and Educational Foundation. Over twenty years, Children Are Us Foundation keep going to transform those children's life and changing their value. For example, Children Are Us bakery and restaurant provide the most "innocent" sale and blend "kind-hearted mind" into the products which are different from those common products. For these reason, "Children Are Us" has become the pronoun of "the mental retarded person". From Children Are Us Foundation growth, we can find Social Innovation power. Children Are Us Foundation does by counting of inventory their resources, connecting bakery, care centers, and related activities, so that Children Are Us Foundation can be self-sufficient against society resource distribution. It will also explore: How does Non-profit organization develop the infrastructure of innovation business model via dominant logic and Value Co-creation of resources manager, Ambidexterity?
