The company of this case established in 1977, is a typical small enterprise, which focus on manufacturing different kinds of fuse. The chairman has technical background and with his sustained efforts, this company so as to hold a place in the fuse filed in Taiwan.
After the year 2000, when the manufacturers in Taiwan emulatively invested factories in China so as to reduce their cost. This company determined to stay in Taiwan to avail himself of research and development without doing price war, and actively cooperated with prestigious worldwide enterprises developing new products and endeavored to access to international market.
This paper studies the issues that many small and medium enterprises in Taiwan confront. The domestic market is saturated and price competition hard in China market, how the company of this case strives to transfer localism into internationalization and break through the barrier of sales growth.
The study and discuss activities of this paper could organized by analyze case and interact between teachers and students to train students understand theories of management and pragmatic approach of solving problems when the enterprises access into international market.
