The research result provides entrepreneurs a reference to incorporate the concept of Lean Startup in their own family businesses. The study found: (一) The family members in accordance with their personalities are deliberately cultivated in different professions. The complementarity of expertise help to shape a well-rounded family startup business. Family members can openly communicate with one another and make comprehensive decisions. (二) Family members have more incentives to maintain business operations and to care for a steady growth of the business. In addition, family’s natural care to each other provides appropriate support and assistance contributing to the business development. (三) Efficient family communication and coordination can reduce waste of time by Profit Center System. Family members are also more likely to fully devote themselves, making quick, smart and professional contributions. Day-Yang Liu 劉代洋 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW |
