Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 材料科學與工程系 === 103 === This study was the first to prepare two types green surfactant, one type glucose and propylene glycol acetal under acid catalysis by reacting propylene glycol glycoside, followed by synthesis of a series of glucose derivative-type surfactant; and other type used glutamate (Glutamic acid) and fatty acids (C2-C14) to prepare a series of amino acid type synthetic surfactant, the use of two synthetic product FT-IR was measured to confirm its structure, and then test their essential properties, including surface tension,conductivity, fluorescence, contact angle, foaming properties, chemical oxygen demand , biochemical oxygen demand, and emulsification. And to the thermodynamic parameters through the surface tension data generation, and seek Gibbs free energy ΔG = ΔH – TΔS. Also by combining these two green surfactant and natural plant pigments to proceed, dyeing of wool fiber tests.
